Megan Ebel, LPC, M.A.

Hello! I’m Megan—a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho. In 2018, I graduated from Regent University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I also received additional training in trauma counseling through the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Following graduation, I went on to study marriage, couples, & family therapy, as well as human sexuality more extensively at Regent. Before opening my own practice, I volunteered for an Idaho non-profit and worked for three other out of state private practices.

I love working with premarital couples to help them prepare for a healthy, happy, and life-giving marriage that not only lasts, but leaves a legacy and inspires others in relational health. In my work with individuals, I have enjoyed helping women being challenged by anxiety, autoimmune disorders or chronic illness, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, and career changes. My ongoing trainings in these areas have equipped me well to meet people where they are at as they work towards where they want to be.

I find my work as a counselor to be extremely fulfilling. It is a privilege to be with clients and discuss the most intimate parts of their lives that most people never get to hear. I love seeing people have lightbulb moments as we work together to put the puzzle pieces of their lives together into something that will not only be healing, but also leads to a fuller, more meaningful life.

In my free time I enjoy being outside in nature, traveling, reading, and sharing a meal with loved-ones followed by a game night.
